The Halls

Established in 2001, with a significant £11 million expansion in 2016, The Halls offer modern, flexible spaces designed to host a wide range of events. With two halls to choose from and acres of outdoor space, our Halls are designed to deliver exceptional experiences.

Hall 1

The larger of the two, spans an impressive 4,320m² and offers unparalleled flexibility. It features a spacious entrance foyer, organiser offices, seminar room, café, visitor facilities and ample natural light from large windows, with blackout capability via remote-control blinds.

Additionally, our halls feature access to an outdoor covered balcony, a terrace, and beautifully landscaped lawns, all offering stunning views of the picturesque Crimple Valley.

Hall 2

This 1,950m2 hall has its own entrance foyer, organisers offices, and a café with beautiful views across the valley and direct access to outdoor event space.

Ground level access from a large loading door and dedicated off-road loading bay ensures easy load in and out.

Easily accessible with modern disabled toilets and spacious Changing Places facility.

The Pavilions

One of the venues at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre is the Pavilions which offers a premier event experience across our 13 versatile function rooms. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, these flexible spaces can accommodate up to 450 attendees, across 2300m2 of multi-purpose, pillar-free rooms.

The Grounds

Located on the iconic Great Yorkshire Showground on the outskirts of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, The Great Yorkshire Events Centre is a premium venue for events that make a difference.

The Grounds are 110 acres of bookable space nestled within the 340 acre Great Yorkshire Showground. 

  • 6km of internal roads: Perfect for automotive showcases and test drives.
  • Breathtaking scenery: Hundreds of acres of glorious Yorkshire countryside and woodland providing a stunning backdrop for any event.
