Crockstead Fields

Crockstead fields is a laid back festival style events site. We have spent the last 6 years building up loads of elements to the field. And have since run a range of festival weddings, corporate away days, wellness retreats and birthday parties. Our venue is close to the county town of Lewes in East Sussex. Throughout summer the site hire comes with our 9 x 18m Petal Pole Marquee which stays up for the season. This is a structure with many potential uses from seating wedding guests to providing a base for Yoga practises.

Alongside this Crockstead Fields has a hand built pagoda. And is licensed for wedding ceremonies. But also works great as a spot for talks, acoustic music or cinema screenings. Just behind this, tucked into the woods, is our cocktail bar, nerf shooting gallery, photobooth and woodland seating area.

• Solar lit naked teepee.

Staying at Crockstead Fields

Adjoining the main events field is our campsite, with compost toilets, showers and central stretch tent seating area. We have 10 bell tents which can be hired out. Additional accommodation comes in the form of 2 yurts and a luxury cabin in the adjoining field. When it comes to piecing together an event we can help out with all sorts of party elements. We run catering for many events in house. And have a catering tent and various equipment available to guests if self catering.

We run a licensed bar and can provide a Dj setup (with Dj’s). For anything else we have an extensive list of suppliers we have built long standing relationships. And as an organisation we have a combined 20 odd years experience in running events. We’re a fun team at Crockstead Fields, keen on working with relaxed people. And through a flexible approach providing everything you could need for your party, whatever its nature.
